  • You're very welcome. I have Hypothyroid for which I take medication. No matter how much exercise I do, it always comes down to the reduction of carbs and sugar in my diet no matter what any "if it fits your macros" bro crap someone tries to preach. Lol
  • I'm so confused as to why you replied with this. Do you have hypothyroid? Diabetes? PCOS? Had a kid recently? All these issues and more have an effect on what we can and shouldn't put in our bodies. These issues make it extremely hard for someone to lose weight. I was simply providing an alternative answer to the OP.
  • While you are correct in it's effect on weight loss vs macros and calorie burn, I think the OP is trying to eliminate it from her diet. It doesn't matter "if it fits your macros"... sugar has OTHER detrimental effects on the human body than weight loss/gain. People with PCOS, Hypo/Hyperthyroid, hormonal imbalances, etc.…

  • The only place I know that has 5am classes is this gym in east sac called elite fitness. I do NOT recommend it. Did you ever find a place that early? Most crossfit boxes start at 6 AM... I can give you a good box recommendation if you want! Haha. Good Luck!
