Anyone know of any 5am bootcamps or crossfit in the Sacramento area?

I have literally no time except between 4am-6am to work out and would like to partake in a bootcamp!

It seems like everything is at 6am.

I did see that Kaia Fit has a 3 day class at 5am that starts on July 15th, may do that!

Please feel free to add me if you're in the Sac area!

    The only place I know that has 5am classes is this gym in east sac called elite fitness. I do NOT recommend it.

    Did you ever find a place that early? Most crossfit boxes start at 6 AM... I can give you a good box recommendation if you want! Haha. Good Luck!
