Hi, you look great and 5 miles a day sounds like a lovely walk. A few questions: How fast do you walk? I have a treadmill and I'm curious if you measure your speed? I jumped on the treadmill today to do my interval training, even though I didn't want to do my workout, I completed it! I am anxious to do more. This is a NSV to me. When is enough, enough?

Okay cool, that sounds good, but what kind of exercise should I do just like walking or strength training? Resistance band? Dumbells? Squats? I worked on my arms yesterday and really sore. Shouldn't I wait a day in between to rest and recover? That's what I'm curious about. I definitely am ready to workout again now.
