I just bought a big bag of supermarket's own skimmed dried milk powder. Just add it to milk with a banana or oats, or whatever you want in there... easy home made protein shake :bigsmile:

Yep i usually have porridge, sometimes with a banana and/ or ground flax, and semi-skimmed milk. Love oats! a really simple way is to sprinkle ground flaxseed/ linseed on your breakfast cereal, mix it in with your shakes, sprinkle onto salads etc. That stuff is seriously high calorie but good for you as well as high protein :flowerforyou:

If it helps, i totally fell off the wagon today too - i ate an entire bag of revels despite already being over on my cals for the day!!!
