I allow myself one day where i can eat what i want ...i usually eat about 3000-3500 on my day off and this usually includes alcohol...but i exercise pretty much everyday and dont always eat back all my exercise calories so i always try manage to stay under my weekly goal....if u think you can cut out the drink then do but…

yep i have one day where i eat what i want but i log it all so i can keep an eye on my weekly goal,for instance ive mine set at maintanance which is 1650 cals a day ,giving me 11550 cals for the week,... i workout everyday and try and save some of my exercise cals for the weekend, id easily eat about 3000 cals on my cheat…

well ive managed to maintain doing this but i wouldnt eat as low as 1200 a day, i just dont eat back all my exercise calories and use them at the weekend, id eat about 1700 a day and less on the days i dont have a high calorie burn,then id easily eat 3000 cals on saturday and 2000 on sunday ...ive usually managed to stay…

Il just be doing my usual workouts and eating the same....its easter il be enjoying every bite along with the alcohol and good food this weekend:):)....one thing i always remind myself is we have to live too ;)

also chicken fillets would be better calorie wise,200 grams would have atleast 50grams of protein and less than 250 cals

i think you should get a hrm ,least its more accurate plus them run keeper apps arent as accurate,also if your over weight i reckon you probably burned alot more than that, im slim and at my goal weight but i can still manage to burn over 400 cals walking at that speed in an hour, i often used my runkeeper app plus my hrm…

im 5ft 7 126 pounds and maintaining, i want to work on leaning out now and ive started lifting weights,i actually wudnt mind seein the scales go up, i think 120 is very low for your height and 1200 cals is very low,my maintanence is set at 1650 on this but most days i eat about 1700-2000 and the scaale hasnt…

i eat 1800-2000 everyday and more at weekends, i burn between 200 -400 cals a day.

it definatly works for me, on saturdays i eat what i want but log it all, on sundays i stil have treats but stay below maintanance, then every other day i stay below my calorie goal and eat alot better, .... i know people may disagree with this but if i didnt have my cheat days then theres no way i would have stuck with…

you should definatly eat more, with that kind of burn you should aim for at least 2000-2300 cals a day

if i were you id focus more on strength training such as heaving lifting, nrolfw is a great book to get you started:)
