No eating after the kids go to bed! I'm horrible...with 4 small kids i find i don't eat much during the day and then they go to sleep and i binge! So just really working hard to eat small meals during the day and tell myself "im done for today will have to wait till tomorrow for those chips"...it has helped a lot!

In the past I've had my husband take it to work and put it out in the break room...it's gone in minutes! So...because of the free kids meals were going to swap. I do hate have candy in the house...my 6 year old is contantly asking for it...so it's just best to get rid of it! For everyone's sake!

I have four children and we have already been to 2 trunk or treats events..now were going trick or treating tomorrow at my sister in laws house...so i hear ya..it's a dieter's nightmare. So what i'm plannin on doing with the candy that we got from the other events is to donate it all to my sister in laws candy…

Ok...thanks...I've have been so busy this last month that i can barely remember to eat. Things have slowed down a bit and i'm ready to be on it again. What group am I in...having a hard time finding what challenge i'm suppose to be doing. My starting weight i believe was 181...now at 176. Thanks for the second chance!

What you will see here is that losing weight(changing your lifestlye) takes a lot of time...set goals that are attainable. Write down your factors that are contributing to your weight gain...eating fast food...snacking at night....choclolate...ect.and then set a plan on how to change them,..i.e .packing your lunch instead…

I would highly recommend it for woman 55 and older or very overweight woman that need to start slow...I don't think it really works you hard enough to burn the calories needed!
