I like to use vanilla protein powder in my shakes. I usually add a banana, a scoop of vanilla protein and some almond or coconut milk. You could also cut up a banana, freeze it and then put it in a blender with almond milk and vanilla protein powder to make it more like ice cream. Calorie count depends on protein powder…

Smoothies are easy. Just try adding different fruits. I make one almost every morning but I don't use recipes I just add whatever really. Some of my favorites are peanut butter and banana (just add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or PB2 to the smoothie and some almond/soy milk. I also really like tropical smoothies. I start…

Then I'll sweeten it with stevia or some protein powder and add fruit and whatever else. I used to have a hard time getting all my protein in for the day. You could also eat a little more meat than you do now.…

I never eat before cardio. I think the general rule is 30 minutes to an hour before or after a workout

Sounds really good! I always like to rinse off my grapes and add a pack of sugar free jello (my favorite is black cherry) to coat them. So good!

But for me they're much easier to whip up after my workout. Sometimes when I'm craving something chocolate I'll use a chocolate protein powder and some…

I actually just got back from a carnival cruise. Surprisingly they had lots of healthy options. In the buffet for breakfast they had oatmeal, lots is fresh fruit, whole grain/wheat toast, bagels, and muffins. They had light butter as well. For lunch I usually ate at the pizza, burger places.
