Beach body shipment error?

I ordered Chalean extreme from beachbody on Sunday and I got an email last night saying that it shipped. This morning I tracked it and the status was 'initiated' and said fed ex had recieved the shipment info and the expected delivery date was today (I only live four hours away from where the shipment was). I can't access my home email at work and beachbody doesn't have tracking on their website so I did a live chat and asked if they could see if it was delivered so I could have somebody home. They said that the package was shipped and not delivered and could be a shipment error and that they would 'reship' my package for free. They also gave me the tracking number and I tracked it and the status had not changed since this morning which is weird because Fed Ex usually updates often. It doesn't done anything in almost 25 hours. Has this ever happend to you? It just seems weird to me, I've never had this happen with a package.

    I am a Beachbody coach and when customer buy from me i can see the tracking information of their order but since you're not my customer i can't help you with that. Did you contact your Beachbody Coach about it?

    Sometimes shipping company are just slow to update they tracking information. Give it a day or two and i am sure this will resolve.
