fruit smoothies/shakes

I'm off back to college on Tuesday and due to this whole weight loss thing i seem to have started, I'm needing ideas for lunch replacements. My college bag isn't huge, so I've come to the conclusion that smoothies would be the way forward, as I can just take it in a flask and keep them cool. The thing is, I'm all out of ideas, my usual go to is Banana with frozen forest fruits and some juice of some kind, usually whatever is in the fridge, but has anyone else got any other recipes? Preferably ones that can acceptably replace a meal?

Thanks!

  • Smoothies are easy. Just try adding different fruits. I make one almost every morning but I don't use recipes I just add whatever really. Some of my favorites are peanut butter and banana (just add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or PB2 to the smoothie and some almond/soy milk. I also really like tropical smoothies. I start off with a vanilla protein powder, almond milk, tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya, etc.) and add some coconut stevia. I also sometimes add 1/2c of oats to my smoothies. Blueberries, raspberries and coconut milk is really good too. Just buy some different fruits. There are a ton of different combinations
