I feel ya girl! I get the guilt too when I overeat...I look at it as a good thing b/c it means we usually DO make the right choices and our bodies are in shock over the extra calories. Take a look at your progress from the last 30 days or so and you'll see you're just FINE!

OMG, my heart goes out to you, but more so my MORAL SUPPORT!!!! You can do it....this place is not only a nonjudgmental place of support, but it also makes you accountable for YOU. Knowing that you need to log in all of your calories for each day realllllllly aids in helping you make better/smarter choices. Good Luck!!!!

I lost approx. 4 lbs. the first week, then have been going at about 1/week since then...Any loss feels good, and anywhere you read re. weight loss is going to recommend 1-2lbs/week as the healthiest way to lose as well as with the highest success of keeping it off. Good luck!!!

some reallllly good ideas on here! The lowfat Bisquick boxes have some really good ideas on them to mix up the way you make your chicken.
