maybe try gluten free diet or gluten reduced diet that tends to help reduce belly fat

you can for sure eat too many nuts, i bet cutting back on the fat will help! for breakfast maybe try a protein shake until you get used to eating in the morning. Tim says you dont have you watch your calories I tend to just out of habit. protein eaten is the most important especially for breakfast

your meal plan looks ok. remember you need 30 grams of protein 30mins of waking up. 2 eggs wont do that. i achieve that by making an omelet, 12 tbsp of egg whites and one whole egg. might want to try to add some fish in there. depending on the cut of turkey and steak you could be eating way more fat then you think.…

just finished week one of 4HB. i am down 3 lbs and an inch off my hips and half inch off my waist! i like it so far! hope to continue the weight loss like this! have a vegas trip to be sexy for in three weeks!

just go for it! do as much as you can! i usually modify or change a couple of the exercises that i know i cant do! its only 12 mins!!!

dehydration can cause fatigue. increase your water intake for the next week or so see if that helps. most americans are chronically dehydrated
