I spoke to my Dr about this exact same issue. She said if you know you're not eating because you're actually hungry, drink water. She said the water will make you feel full and satisfy that "hunger." So far that has helped me.

I know how you feel. I do the same thing. Someone once told me don't look at the overall goal. It gets too overwhelming. Make small goals at a time. Hope that helps. It helps me :)

No I don't usually eat before I work out. I have lunch around 1pm then when I get home from work around 5:30pm I start my run or I go to Zumba class depending on the day. Thank you for the suggestions.
