Ahhhh!!! Now I want Oreo's!!!! I can't keep them in the house, I would eat the whole dang thing!! Lol so I but lower far ones when I indulge to feel better lol... It's been months & months lol I don't have the will power yet haha

If you are worried about the calories in penut butter you could try using PB2.. :) otherwise just use peanut butter & count the calories into your day it's not bad if your not eating a jar a day ;)

This is completely true!! I can eat clean for weeks.. Then indulge & have something sweet & the cravings that I get the next day are far worse then any craving I had when I quit smoking!!! Just stay strong & don't indulge.. That's what I have to do cause I know I cannot control mysf right now... Always been a binge eater..…

I make my oatmeal with water & then add cinnamon & 100 gm of Greek yogurt.. If I'm going to have almond milk then I chose to drink it... This will usually fill me up till my break @ work about 4 hours later :)

Get yourself a thermometer... That way you know the internal to of the chicken... If its dry its because its being over cooked.. Oh & l love using a foreman grill for chicken breasts!! So fast & delish :)

Instead of bread I use rice cakes... For example I will have 1 tomato basil rice cake & put tuna with onion on it then top with lettuce so I can still hold it like a sandwich.. Delish!!
