Yes isn't it weird the places it comes off? I'd kinda thought my back seemed different but I never gave much thought to tracking it with pics and I definitely didn't realize how much a difference there was!

Being on the pill doesn't matter. On the pill our hormones still fluctuate throughout our 28 day cycle. The pill just dictates to your body when to do it as opposed to your body doing it naturally on it's own.

Also, if you ate more volume than normal that all has to be digested and processed. It's normal to go up when increase food for whatever reason. It was definitely not actual fat.

I'd definitely suggest working out your bmr and tdee and then do a 250 cal deficit off your tdee and build up to that number. That is a half a pound a week loss as I see from the ticker on your profile you are close to goal. The closer you are to goal the slower it happens and the closer you should be to maintenance.

Right. Unless you're going to farmer's markets and consuming the item within a couple days, frozen is usually going to have more nutrients and you get all the benefits of being able to keep for long periods of time and just making what you need.

Bless you! :D I agree btw, inches are the important part. Weight is a very erratic number that can go up or down up to 5lbs in just a single day. I weigh every week but I'd love if I could cut back to once a month. Maybe I'll get there someday :)
