Looking for more girls around my age (21) who log and exercise everyday  If that's you, feel free to add me! Bonus if you're from the UK so your food is recognisable! Rosie x

My typical breakfast is this: Rude Health ultimate muesli topped with sprinkles of toasted coconut, walnuts, goji berries, sunflower & pumpkin seeds. Add a spoonful of natural yoghurt, blueberries, pomegranate seeds and splash in some almond milk. Breakfast is my absolute favourite meal of the day - I try to just have…

Hello! I love to read my friends' food diaries and see their exercises for motivation and ideas. Please add me if you feel I am similar to you and we can motivate each other! I'm 21 years old, 5 ft 8 and try to stay between 114-120 pounds. Currently I'm on week 17 of the Bikini Body Guide 2.0, and use my fitness pal to…

Hello everyone! I'm currently on Week 15 of the BBG 2.0 and would love to have some friends who are also doing the guide :) it's so nice to motivate each other! Most girls are on Instagram but I'd rather stick to MFP for fitness related things. I've gone from a size 12 (UK) to a size 8, weigh 116 pounds and 5 ft 8. All in…

Tonight I'm having trout with a mustard and oat crust, with sweet potato fries and peas! The trout is a Jamie Oliver recipe - it's so lovely, you wouldn't think using oats on fish would work but it's such a good alternative to breadcrumbs :) Hope you feel inspired and find something yummy to eat xx

I'm looking for friends (boy that sounds so sad) for motivation as I've recently come back to MFP. My diary is open, I'm 21 and looking to maintain my weight and generally feel empowered to exercise more and eat healthily. If that sounds similar to you then please feel free to add me! Rosie x

Me too, eating breakfast at 7.45am always makes me starving by around 11am. I always thought it was because eating breakfast starts your metabolism so that means your body starts burning fuel, so therefore you need more a few hours later. I overheard someone (overweight) say the other day I'm going to skip breakfast to…

Thanks so much everyone, I feel ten times better about eating out now just from reading all your advice. I'm going to make it a goal to leave food on the plate (doggy bags aren't big over in the UK sadly - whenever I ask it is met with bemusement!) and going to do for a fish option grilled with veg. Also I find it so hard…

I find the really low calorie dinners always have a distinct lack of carbs, like a stir fry with a lot of veggies and no rice or noodles. Have you ever tried falafel? The bbcgoodfood recipe for falafel burgers is fantastic, it's just chickpeas and lots of nice flavours which you can have in a wrap with whatever salad you…

I'm completely the same. The best thing to do is probably just scrimp on the calories earlier in the day so you can afford to have snacks later at night. Without fail I will always want a massive bowl of cereal around 9-10pm, and it always makes me go over. But as of yet I haven't managed to stop that habit!

One of my favourite no carb vegetarian recipes is a big portobello mushroom which you grill for 10 mins, add kale on top which you have sauted in olive oil and garlic, add a layer of sliced buffalo tomato, a slice of goats cheese, then pop it back under the grill for another 5 mins. Drizzle over some balsamic vinegar and…
