I HIGHLY recommend the once per month weigh-in, if you can do it. I have many friends who prefer not to do it that way, and some I know weigh in either every day or more than once a day. right I get that...but why tell me about unpopped when I'm not going to open the bag before it's popped and measure out 1 serving, KWIM? It should be one serving=7.5 cups. # of servings in bag= about 2. End of story.

Right---this isn't a single-serve bag...it's a 2.9oz full bag. OK--so I'm not crazy...120 is for only 1 serving...so it's about 240. Whew...why do they make it sooo confusing?

did 40 min on the elliptical for 312 calories and 2.71 miles and a cool down on the treadmill for 20 min for 139 calories and 1 mile. Will do my 50 pushups after the little one goes to bed. I hope everyone had a good day!

hmm...not sure. I am down 20lbs in 2 months. I've never lost like this before, but I am exercising 4-5x a week and working with a trainer which I haven't done before. I eat 1900 (now 1800) calories before exercise calories...so I'm not "rushing" or over-doing it..but it's coming off! I also have over 100lbs to lose…

Same here...Trader Joe's uncured nitrate free is pretty good! I eat bacon 2-3x a month and count every fat and cholesterol gram along with calorie. As long as I can "afford" it and it's not every day, I see no issue..and it's yum.
