I actually had an ex boyfriend say this to me when we were very seriously involved. And when I started to cry, he got confused.. Definitely Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home dvds. They're a very good aerobic workout and get you moving without having to leave the house. I swear by them. They've helped me greatly. Try popping some popcorn. I saw this on Dr. Oz and it blew my mind. Just throw a couple tablespoons of popcorn kernels in a brown paper bag (lunch sack) and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
