  • Great job, and even being 160 from 200 is pretty amazing a year later! I get the worry about being afraid of food and people not understanding how hard it is, but you can do it :}

  • I don't usually eat before morning exercise, but I don't have coffee first either. You probably got sick because you just had coffee floating around in your stomach and exerted yourself. See if saving the coffee until breakfast makes a difference for you.
  • Wow, 29 lbs in eight weeks that is really intense. I hope it is working well for you :)
  • even herbal tea is a diuretic (so says Teavana) so no, it doesn't count as water.
  • Yeah I do not think it delineates at all. I should take the sugar off of mine too. I also max out during breakfast with a banana and a teaspoon and a half of sugar in my coffee every morning.
  • Don't be discouraged if things don't happen all at once, just make sure you are making yourself healthier as you loose weight and it will get easier to stick with every day :)

  • That is helpful to hear. It is really discouraging to see nothing budge.
  • That's a good message, I have a few friends who are having problems like that, one is trying to loose weight too fast, and the other has plateaued and I think you are totally right. If you try to do something crazy you will mess yourself up and be more discouraged than if things go slow.
