Hello all,

I just joined mfp, after I saw a friend post her updates on facebook. About 6 years ago, I lost 40 pounds logging everything I ate and all the exercises I did, (on Livejournal) and since then I haven't logged anything at all and of course gained a bit of weight back. So here I am today, hoping to get back on track. I wish you all luck. :-)

  • If you log in your calories, don't cheat yourself, and make an honest effort, you'll lose all the weight your heart desires. The Android and iPhone apps make logging in your calories a cinch, and the web page isn't bad either. It's up to you. Use it to lose it.
