Why not get one of the fruit flavored proteins and mix it with water and drink it during you weight routine. That way you wont feel so full of it before Zumba.

I personally love all of Bob Harper's dvd's. I too find JM rubs me the wrong way! LOL For me Bob's dvd's push me without me even realizing it till I feel it the next day! I love Insanity for some serious cardio. If you don't want to spend the huge $ you can find it used for reasonable.

If you don't come down with a cold or flu in the next couple of days and it keeps happening I'd definately go see a doctor. Hot flashes could be a sign that you have something going on that is making you body think you are menopausal!
