I am 5'4" when I joined two years ago at my heaviest I was 180lbs right now I am 125. My profile pic is from last summer at my lowest weight which was 121lbs. Yes! This exactly!!!! That is a very low weight I don't think you should be so concerned with losing but maybe gaining some muscle. I am only 2inches taller than you and my doctor says I should not go under 120lb to be Healthy. It's great to be thin but not at the cost of your health.

Go to skinnytaste.com and search chicken.They have more recipes than you could ever make! I love the recipes on there, I use that site all the time.

I just have to say they are not nonsense!!!!! I have one and I used it 5 times a week and did yoga and what do you know, 50lbs of fat melted off me in a little less than 8 months!!! If you only have 10lbs to lose you will do it in no time. Also they are just a great way to stay active at home and stay in shape!
