    This was a couple of years ago in 2011 when I first started. This is the closest thing I have to a bikini!

    Shoot, thought this would fix it. The link you need to click is the one that says in it. Change the uppercase IMG to lowercase img on both ends.

    This is me in 2008 on holiday in the Dominican. I was almost 20 lbs heavier than I am now.
    I've not posted a pic in a thread before, so it may not work. If it's huge, I apologize.

    I have been lifting heavy with New Rules of Lifting for Women, and happened to take a progress pic yesterday. Still a work in progress, but I'm pretty happy with where I'm going. :bigsmile:

    Can't believe I'm doing this, but I have been getting discouraged as of late not really seeing a whole lot of results. Let me preface this by saying I am no where close to being finished, but I am down 35.6 lbs and I do a lot of strength training. I just want my pooch to go away lol! For reference I'm 5' 5.5'' currently 185.4 lbs and last time I got my body fat checked (Beginning of Dec) it was 27.8%

    I just want to say I love this topic and all you ladies just look beautiful!!! I was going to post a photo the first time I found this thread but I am just not worthy. You all keep at it because everyone is doing so well and you all look just awesome!
