I did the fire 30 + stretch 10. It was a little longer because I did the "new to class" but it was good. I think I'll keep doing the TF for cardio because I never liked the clx cardio lol. Thanks for the encouragement ladies! Oh calories were taken from my HRM

I think I'll finish CLX and add the TF for cardio days. Think the Fire 30 +stretch 10 would be enough?

Did my Burn Intervals last night- 640 calories! I'm finding that I dread Chalean's Cardio- she kills me!!

I have also added the Ab burner for 3 days instead of just 1. I'm thinking that I may add my Zumba in for some extra cardio on the rest days once the majority of the soreness goes away. although Chaleans' Burn Intervals also kick my booty.

I'm on week 2 of the burn phase, I don't think you can see the results, but I can feel them. My legs and arms were just flabby mess before I started, now I can feel muscles in there when I move. So I'm hoping it's working. :D

I did burn circuit 2 today with the an burner. Racked up 569 calories! I've been following the schedule but keep forgetting to log it here!! :( I'll try to be more diligent!!

I love it too...well as much as one can love soreness...but I'm a little scared that the calorie count is wrong. I'm using a HRM and I think I have all the settings right but that calorie burn seems huge.

I did Burn Circuit 2 on Tuesday and then did the Burn Intervals & the Ab Burner yesterday! Those intervals are so hard! But I burned like 600 cals and I was so impressed- abs are sore today though which makes me think I did something right!!!

I did burn circuit 2 today. Killing me with these triceps lol. Burned 450 calories according to my HRM.

My sons are 26 months and 11 months!! You can add me- I'm just now getting to a point where they are managable and I can try to work out. I just started Chalean Extreme yesterday and will be working around my nap schedules on my days off !! Good luck~ We can do this!!!

I do and I don't. I never tell myself I "can't" have anything because I then crave it until I get it and it ruins everything.
