I get that you should be eating around 1400 calories for a sedentary lifestyle. You can go back through MFP's guided goal thing again and then if it doesn't set you around that then go through and do it custom and set your calories where they need to be. Eat more fish!! I eat usually 4 pieces of tilapia for dinner and that is 80 grams of protein right there. Only 400 calories and 10 grams of fat. As far as carbs I eat a bagel for breakfast and the rest of my carbs come from fruit and veggies. My macros are set at 40/30/30

I agree, it is so hard to exercise in the winter! For me it's hard to eat right too, all I want in the winter is comfort food! Plus I can hide under a bulky sweater! Whenever I'm craving something, I drink a glass of ice cold water and then pop in a piece of sugar free gum. Usually I crave sweets, especially chocolate :) But recently I have been craving hot sauce-weird!
