how to keep carbs low and protein high

I read how people are keeping their carbs under 100 and their protein over 100 g. but I don't see how people can do that. even though I don't eat a ton of starchy foods (like rice, pasta and breads)that you think has lots of carbs in them I still seem to eat a lot it.
what foods do you eat that have low carbs but are still healthy for you and foods that are high in protein? take a look at my food diary to see where I'm coming from.
I keep my carbs at 200g and my protein at 100g, then about 80g for fats. For me to lower my carbs, I would simply need to cut out a snack or two or my dessert in the evenings. I don't know why you would be concerned with keeping carbs that low.0 -
I ate Keto for a short while to cut a bit of fast weight for a meet, and getting net carbs under 25g/day while keeping protein at 200g wasn't hard at all. I don't get why it would be.
Cheddar cheese, meat, plain greek yogurt sparingly, spinach...where I have difficulty is in getting high protein without high FAT without breaking the bank.0 -

I'm in Germany now and they have a traditional cheese here made from sour milk.
It's 30g protein per 100g, and very very little fat.0 -
Eat more fish!! I eat usually 4 pieces of tilapia for dinner and that is 80 grams of protein right there. Only 400 calories and 10 grams of fat. As far as carbs I eat a bagel for breakfast and the rest of my carbs come from fruit and veggies. My macros are set at 40/30/300

I have to keep my carbs around 75 per day and my protein a little over 100 g per day. I get my carbs mostly from veggies and at the moment milk. On a daily basis, I get my protein from dairy products and meats. I am still adjusting from eating 20 g carbs per day (only changing because I am now pregnant) so I am trying to balance eating more carbs and still getting enough protein but it is very possible making sure that meats, fish, even beans take precedence.0
