The new Hershey's Simple Pleasures are fabulous! They come in milk or dark (I love the dark) and are only 30 calories per piece. I usually eat 3 at a time.

ranch dressing. i can't even sit next to someone who is eating it, it's mostly the smell, but the taste is horrible too. nutella. lettuce. pop/soda. ever since i stopped drinking it (years ago), it tastes disgustingly sweet and syrupy to me, even diet. can't touch it.

I'm confused too. I have an air popper and use Pop Secret popping kernels. Info says a serving is 3 tablespoons unpopped (makes about 5 cups popped) and is 120 calories. 3 tablespoons doesn't even come close to 5 cups popped. So which do I count when tracking my calories?

When cooked right, a portabella mushroom cap can take the place of a burger. Put it on a toasted bun with cheese. On average, are only about 25 calories.

I have made these before using the cake mix and one 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin (not pie filling). They are really good as well. Probably less calories too.

I like Mio. Lots of flavors. And now Target and Walmart are even carrying their generic brands of it. So a little bit cheaper. But one bottle of Mio goes a long way. And I drink a ton of unsweetened iced tea. It equates to the same intake of water, but with added antioxidants. But added caffeine though.

I was thinking the same thing. I came up with 2oz of 1/3 less fat cream cheese (140 calories), egg whites (50 calories) and I only have regular sugar (30 calories). So 220 calories for however many it makes. How does anyone get 77 for 4 pancakes? Am I reading it wrong?
