I bought Orville Redenbacher's SmartPop kettle korn, the mini bags for 100 calories. However, here is the serving size:
serving size: 1 bag (33g) unpopped, makes 6 cups popped
servings per bag: 1
So that means the bag is supposed to have 6 cups. However, I just measured out only 2 1/4 cups. I am so confused, and I don't know what to put it in as! Help please lol :blushing:

So a serving is 6 cups - you had 2 cups (and a little) 6 divided by 2 is 3 - you ate 1/3 or .33 of the bag.0

I'm confused too. I have an air popper and use Pop Secret popping kernels. Info says a serving is 3 tablespoons unpopped (makes about 5 cups popped) and is 120 calories. 3 tablespoons doesn't even come close to 5 cups popped. So which do I count when tracking my calories?0
