Yesterday was a great day! I am noticing i felt less hungry. I had a meeting that run late and did not get home till 10 pm and i wasnt gorging food when i sat down. The 4pm Apple really seems to be helping me regulate my hunger. Determined to get to 170lbs

This looks interesting. What are your carb sources usually? Also do you follow the 80/20 rule where you get most of the nutrition from clean sources and 20 from comfort food?

For the past few days i have been on point with my eating but the weight scale has not moved at all! Still hovering around 192 but i feel fantastic and clothes fit better

Today has been good so far eating wise! No unusual hunger spikes. Not sure if it had something to do with the added carbs yesterday since i kinda did 2MAD. Also been pre-occupied as the little one is down with an ear infection.

I ended up doing 18:6 today but the majority of my calories came from clean foods!

Welcome shashank!! You are in the right group. Just stay consistent. I agree with you on the weekend part. Especially when the family is enjoying all sorts of pizza and Indian food in my case. Acv plus lemon works for me too and having Caffeine free herbal tea. I found one in Wegmans that works for me. Good luck on this…

I usually workout during lunch and have my coconut oil coffee with 2 salt free crackers (30 calories) at 2pm and tried having my shake at 4pm but that left me bloated. When i skip the shake and have a medium size apple I can feel the burn till 8pm when I eat dinner. Those are the weeks I…

Question for those who lift and run. Does drinking a protein shake with whey and creatine after working out against omad rules? I am on a rigorous lifting routine 6 days a week and usually workout during lunch and don't have my omad meal. Till 8pm

Daily update : yesterday I had an apple, a solid protein and other superfood smoothie around 650 cals and 400 calories worth of protein chips that I enjoy. Friday nights are usually our date nights and with a little one it's hard to go out so I got chic fil a for my wife and had a bite of her burger. I approximately stayed…

Thanks for the good feedback. I am 5'10. I absolutely have no challenges not eating anything till 3 pm and survive on coffee but after that it gets harder. Congratulations on your weight loss. That's inspiring! I am very determined to get to 170 by June 1st!

Day 4 of OMAD. This weekend i ate relatively clean and worked out with high volume. Needle hasnt moved much but i can start feeling better. Planning on eating ground chicken with spices and a huge salad (spinach, kale, lettuce) for dinner this week.

Day 2 of OMAD was a success. Feeling better. Today I have a 5pm midnight meeting. I can't do my omad meal right before the meeting since I will fall asleep. Wondering how I can do this. I can't wait to eat my first meal till 1 am

Thank you guys! I did a major leg workout and ate like 10 pieces of wasabi peas. I need to stop bringing that into home. It was just 10 pieces not a log but still :) Looking forward to coconut oil coffee
