I had to go to India for 3 weeks since my father passed away. I am back now and starting omad again. I couldn't fast while I was there with so many things going on. Any tips on how to get rite back into OMAD or does it take a few days of 2mad to get back into pure OMAD?

I am loving the mental clarity when i am in the fasting window. Its something i have grown to enjoy a lot!

Weekly weight in I am hovering around 188 :) used another splurge day yesterday and it seems to be helping me mentally. Staying on point with omad during the week!

Absolutely amazing transformation!!! Congratulations. Very inspiring

It actually did! I am down a pound today and woke up leaner. What witch craft is this???? Haha

Yesterday I planned a splurge day and ate at a Mexican restaurant for dinner. I did not count calories or sweat about things. It was followed by some great authentic bengali sweets and little ice cream. A good mental break. Curious to see the changes during today's weigh in

Welcome and that's an impressive start!

I just watched Joe's splurge day video. Can someone who has done this and seen result give some insight on how this helped get over your plateau please? Thanks!

This is amazing progress Donna! Keep up the great work

@Brendalea69 I am going to do that! Although i feel truly fantastic i havent see a movement in the scale for 2 weeks and after logging my foods daily i understood i was probably still eating over my BMR doing OMAD so i have cleaned up my food a lot. I am going to do strict OMAD with 1 splurge day a week

That being said, there are all sorts of ways to make IF/OMAD work for you so the best answer will come on the scale :) [/quote] This is a very good point!

Question to experienced OMAD fasters : I have been eating these three things listed below during my fasting window and wondering if will hinder my progress. 1) Medium sized apple 2) Salt Free crackers - 3 pieces 3) 1/4 th cup milk in coffee

I bought them a few months ago and forgot it was In the pantry. When I meal. Prepped yesterday I added a bit of extra salt and wanted to balance it out. I dint want to add potatoes or rice so I went with this :) tastes great

Not sure if external links work but it has 200 calories per 2oz cooked. 24P/21C/11F and 2F.…

This is absolutely fantastic. Huge congrats man!! Keep up the good work and keep posting here to keep everyone motivated. Would you mind posting photos of some sample meals? I am curious to see portion size as i am still getting a handle on it.

I got it from costco. Has 25 grams protein in 2 oz. Look for Organic edamame pasta in Costco. Its usually near the regular ones. Amazon has it too but seems a bit pricey

Fantastic progress!!!

Looks great! Just curious, how much calories are you getting in a day? The cake looks amazing!!

I believe i have nailed my OMAD meal with meal prepping. 16oz ground chicken cooked with vegetables, 1 cup quinoa and 2oz edamame spagetti. One Apple on the side with a little dark chocolate. I will post a picture tonight!
-
I agree. May be all at once i could not handle!

This is the first time i have experienced anything like this. I did do a very intense lifting routine in the afternoon yesterday. Thank goodness i had a protein bar on me which helped me stabilize.

Something strange happened today. Around 6pm when I was running errands I started feeling unusually cold and my vision on left eye started getting dull coupled with a headache. My hands were very cold too. This was during my omad window. I had to drive way so I broke my fast in the car and had a protein bar which instantly…

Yup!! I can feel the stomach shrinking and starting to enjoy healthy foods

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday! I have been very good at eating clean for the past week. Not. Much movement in the scale since last week but I am less hungry and leaning towards junk food. My clothes fit so much better and I see changes in the mirror. Its a little hard since the scale is static but I am starting to…
