LOL. Seriously laughing. I love it. Hope she sees your response.

I use HRM for vigorous activity and fit bit for daily usual activities. I log the info from my HRM into fit bit. The Polar monitors aren't that expensive, but I'll admit I didn't think twice about the expense because I felt like I wanted that tool to help me out. I lost half my weight before buying the HRM so it's not…

Track food here and activity at fit bit. They sync together if you link your accounts. Also, I use fit bit to track my normal activities and a HRM for my vigorous exercise. I add the activity from HRM to fit bit site and it makes necessary adjustments. No secretary needed, but a personal chef would be nice!

You got some color on your skin (from the tv?) for sur! Lol I kid. Good work!

Maybe you missed the black part?

I love having one even though it is expensive. Every workout is different and hard as hell. I know with a trainer there to keep me going with no need for me to set up new equipment that in 1 hour I get everything done I need to. After my hour is up, I know I've done what I need to do and I have no guilt about needing to…

I've had mine for months and I wouldn't take a step without it. Absolutely love it. I also have their scale so all my fitness is tracked in one place. Highly recommend.

Just for entertainment you might chuckle hearing my $2600 a month 1 bedroom apartment that my husband and I live in is only about 450sq ft. and our building is not even remotely luxurious although we like living here.

Thanks. I have a legendary tiny Manhattan apartment. I can only lay down one direction (6'2) and only 4ft other way. So I have a thin rectangle space in living room. I wish there was a preview to help me see for myself.

Maybe a Monday morning poster will know?

Sur La Table has a nice selection of sturdy wooden spoons. I like this one http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-548651/Berard-Olive-Wood-Pointed-Spoon The flat part is great for scraping the bottom to make sure oatmeal and tomato sauce doesn't stick.

2.6 million and counting here. It's a very nice feeling to see your commitment to moving everyday really accumulate! Great work for the cause and your health.

And if your 20% shows no respect for the progress of the 80%, expect 100% bad results.

LOL. So many diets begin and end like that. Congrats on making a lifestyle change and getting to your goal despite the party!

Best bet: buy your own heart rate monitor and use it and ignore the machine.

"too thin" to me means an unhealthy thinness. There is actually a level where it becomes just as medically unhealthy to be thin as to be overweight. I know this is easy for me to say since I don't face this issue, but I'd rather be too thin and have to over eat my way to healthiness than my current situation although I…

Those results are insane! Now put your clothes back on--we can't handle the heat in this kitchen!
-
Lol. I doubt it will work but if you video it and put it on YouTube it may help you laugh a few calories off just thinking about the thought that this would do anything!!!

To go with the free range egg I think you need organic milk (maybe even organic soy milk) and a local made artisan ice cream again with organic ingredients.

Most what I eat everyday is the same. But you have to make sure it is well balanced and gives you all your macro and MICRO nutrients your body needs since you won't have a chance to make up missing nutrients with another day if it is identical. I find it easier to keep my breakfast, lunch and snacks mostly stable.

Holy f€{#!! Awesome work!!!

It's ok to fall off the wagon. Just don't get run over by it and never get back on it.

I eat them in m oatmeal and also plain and also with yogurt or cottage cheese. I have to admit I am quite the blueberry addict right now so I just can't stop munching on them. When they stop being available soon I will have withdrawals. They don't go bad here cause they get eaten!

The most accurate count is gotten by sending your chicken to a lab for testing. Of course that I'll destroy the chicken and you won't be able to eat it, but at least you'll know exactly how many calories you saved by not eating the chicken at all!

Another thought: if he likes to eat late then let him. Eat before he does and eat healthy. When he is eating have some fruit or something and still join him at the table.

My husband is the best. He absolutely cherishes anything I cook for him and he shares a commitment to his health and mine. He is very supportive and I'm so very blessed to have him. I'm sorry you struggle with yours, but maybe you can find a way to get him on board with some time and a variety of foods. Keep looking for…
