My guess is it will count every step the horse takes as one of your steps. So not good. But I'm not sure. This is just a guess. But I love my fitbit. I took it off before horse back riding this summer.

It is hard. But do it at your own pace. Shaun T may do 50 Mummy Kicks and you'll do 20 (at first!!). The main thing is to do the exercises correctly, focus on soft landings and know your own limits. I have fairly strong quads, but I definitely felt it in my calves. Also, now that I finally figured out the rhythm of the Heisman and 123, my obliques are a little sore too. Call me crazy, but I LOVE the burn!!

Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't buy the Deluxe package (didn't even know it existed) so I don't have the insane abs DVD. Where can I find the "10 minute trainer abs" you mentioned? It seems one needs a whole library of DVDs. I'll add more as I go.

I don't have P90X. Insanity is my first venture into exercise DVDs. I chose this over P90X because I have no equipment and no possible way to use any in my tiny apartment. I'm pushing it to do Insanity in my apartment, but I'm determined to make it work along with my regular visits to the gym to meet with my trainer.

I can't believe so many of you think this sounds yummy. If you like it, then be my guest. I'm sure I eat somethings that many people dislike, but this sounds disgusting to me. Sounds like it is high in calories for the nutrient value. Find what works for you and stick to it.
