Started Insanity, Didn't Finish Fitness Test

Alright, so I am a 16 year old student, 6" 3 and 184 lbs. I have a high fat percentage, and I am in absolutely terrible shape. With all of this in mind, I decided to jump right into insanity (I did a lot of research before hand) and I am sad to say that I was unable to finish the Fit Test. I got 4 exercises in but despite my yelling and cursing, I was unable to continue. I decided to just put down Zero's for the other exercises, and I will continue to the next exercise tomorrow.
I just want confirmation that this is, in fact, a good way of dealing with this. After all, if they are zero's now, it will be easier to improve them when I reach the next Fit Test.
Thank you in advance, for what I hope will be good advice, and kind words

Keep it up! Insanity is hard! The fact that you did four exercise is better than ZERO's all the way around.
I am a beachbody coach and can help you keep this motivation going.... YOU WILL DO THIS!!! WHY because you WANT IT!0 -
Keep going! I'm on my second round of Insanity and am still finding it hard but you will get better.
Even Shaun T will say to take breaks when you need to. Rest a short while, take some deep breaths then get back into it and you will see improvements soon.0 -
Learn to "Keep Pressing Play" everyday, but remember you should also probably hit Pause and catch your breath when you need a break. The surest way to finish is to keep going, but you can stop and rest at any point.
And just in case, you might talk to a doctor.
Also, silly poster. You are 18 but accidentally typed 16. I'm pretty sure you must be 18 or you couldn't be here.
