I watch movies while on the treadmill and whenever there is an exciting part or something great is going to happen, I tend to keep going a little bit longer, plus- it makes the time fly! :) extra motivation: a thriller or action

Those are some tough changes to make! That is something you should be proud of! I also am not a fan of breakfast OR waking up early (let alone to work out!) Look at what you've already accomplished! Keep going! Your body changes, You can do this!

nice and easy- I like whole grain/nutrigrain toaster waffles with some chunky peanut butter and a bit of honey! delish and its good to have some protein! I agree! I overeat for EVERYTHING. Emotions, all emotion- the biggest one is boredom. I saw this quote- you are not a dog, do not reward yourself with food. It really hit me. walking the dogs/playtime seeing a movie (minus the popcorn) cleaning- I know, not much of an indulgence, but I set myself to clean for 15 min and after that I keep going! Its so nice to have a clean closet, and the time flies! mini spa session- soak my feet in the bath, deep condition my hair, and whiten my teeth :)
