My personal trainer always messured my cheast under my are pits so that it didnt because I was wearing a different Bra, but if you are wearing the same thing everytime i guess it wouldnt matter. :D

Push yourself!! That is my best tip... when you think you can't push that thought out of your mind and do it. It won't be easy but you can do it!! Enjoy your first day:)

If you don't have hand weights to start use two cans of soup or pasta sauce ect. depending on the size that is comfortable in your hands. I had to do that until payday. Now i have my weights =D

I am looking forward to re-starting, I was going to start yesterday but I did get the chance as my son was awake most of the night. So today becomes day one. I am hoping to see some great progress after 30 days too. I love the fact that it is only 30 minutes a night and i am getting a great burn:)

When I lost my mom to obisity realated diseases, I took a long hard look at myself and relized i was my mom all over again. I don't want to leave my kids in 26 years. SO It made my head spin around a bit and I have been working hard to be a healthier happier me since. Its not always easy but I will do it!

I did WW's too... i am likeing this more. I love to cook too.. try the websites www.skinnytaste.com and www.hungry-girl.com Hungry girl has a bunch of recipe books too, they are great! Cheers!

I ue different types of greens, I also add nuts, cheese, different meats, dried fruit, also try different veggies. As for salad dressing, I really like the Renees Pourablesdressings. There are a bunch of them and they have a really nice flavour.

I do one thing in a week that I do not track. For me its after I recored my weight on Saturday. I have a really nice dessert after dinner and a french vanilla cappuchino. This way I don't feel deprived of the things that I love. Other then that I stick to it. Hope you find what works for you!:happy:

I had my first at 23 my second at 25 and my third and 27. that being said I would have waited if I knew then what I know now. I think its totally reasonable to wait. My brother and his wife waited so I think you should do what is right for you!

Yes my weight goes up about 4 or 5 pounds, cravings are carbs.. so many carbs calling me... I most of the time just drink more water or tea.

I am sure its possible to not gain very much but whne I had it I gained 60 pounds in 3 months... it was brutal. I hope that your experience is better then mine!
