At the time I started I was about 48 inches. As of today (18/01/2011) im 36 inches. So 12 inches off waist altogether. Josh

If you upload the pictures to somewhere like tiny pic and then post the url between codes like this [imgooo] [/imgooo] but without the ooo in them then the pictures will show.
