If you don't mind me asking, how many calories do you eat a day??? I'm worried with the amount of exercises I'm doing I'm going to lose amount lot.. but I'm tiny, 151cm and 44kgs and struggle to eat more than 1500 on the best of days.. I usually only manage around 1200

you guys aren't cool.. I'm not on these threads often, and have been going at my fitness goals on my own.... I didn't know how to word something "correctly" to people who I thought were friendly enough to have a discussion with me. Thanks everyone else for your input! I like the idea of putting it in your diary and…

You actually have a damn good point... at first I was like.. tuna for breakfast!?!?! But thinking about it... its a good filling portion, high in protein and 120 calories per tin! Added to the list! Thank you :)

Hi lyssa, Thanks for your feedback I really appreciate it! I'm pretty pedantic. I teach maths so numbers are my life lol. Everything gets measured and I won't usually eat pre cooked food as I'm not sure what's in it. I will only eat individual food if that makes sense, ie; fish. Vegetables. Potato. never curry as I'm…

Thanks guys... I actually do see a doctor with regards to my weight... I was 61 kgs last year but being 21 was drinking waaaaay too many cocktails. I quit drinking, started running and the weight fell off... people were worried because I looked really different. But in truth they were just used to me being a lot bigger and…

I currently weigh 44kgs... I'm not trying to lose weight but maintain... I usually pick up about 5 lbs. Was just curious as to the science behind it.. Just seemed strange because I know 1500 is not a lot so seemed strange that I'd weigh more

Calories determined by a HRM are estimated using Norms of thousands of people and are far more accurate than mfp tables..... There is plenty more research into developing the norms to which hrms compare to than what you seem to be making out. In my opinion, and my biokineticist, there is hardly a mare accurate measure.…

Hi guys! Sorry this response is so delayed... Let me go into a bit more details. I am extremely short 4"11.. and I'm 23 years old. Lol (def not 16) I was overweight beginning of last year and then something traumatic happened in my life and I went into awful depression, that's when I lost so much weight. I'm not trying to…

I get what you are saying!! :) However, I still have a lot of fat in certain areas, so I'm not so much interested in getting the number to drop, more for the fat to disappear. lol! Wish i knew how to post a pic, would be easier to explain... any ideas??

Well :) It's the usn 12 week challenge, so you sign up and they support you etc.. I took on the 12 week challenge to motivate myself, i have started countless healthy sprees that have lasted a month and faded away. By doing the 12 week challenge, it ensures i stay 100% focussed for 12 weeks, i'm on my 7th week now and for…

I think you are right, I sometimes burn around 1000 calories a day! that basically leaves me with a net of 400! sometimes less. What I meant by not counting my calories was that I add them into mfp everyday, so i know how much i have eaten, but dont have a specific goal in mind, so if i'm hungry. I eat. :) Thanks for the…
