Hiya, what are you currently at (if you don't mind me asking!) same height and weight are not essential! I'm wanting to lose around another 14 lbs or so, what's your goal?

With exercising my foot, I've got a Fitbit so I try and walk as much as possible during the day. The shoes I wear during the day aren't rigid either, they are the exact opposite. It can't be water as I drink at least 2 litres every day as a rule. Also, I'd been for a 20 min run before the class and had done the warm up and stretching for 10 minutes at the beginning of the class so this also probably isn't the issue. It's not so much that I'm choosing to do crunches a lot, it's part of a class I do and each week I struggle, I'm just looking for a way to help stop hurting my neck doing it. Thank you for the practical suggestions :) I'll give them a go

Oh okay thanks everyone! All I've heard recently has been how sugar is the newest baddy! Was worried that eating so much may be counter productive, whether natural sugar or not!

I want to eat all the same courses as everyone else does, I want to be able to enjoy having a meal out as it'll be the first time in two weeks. I also should have mentioned I am really not a fan of spicy food haha!

I think you may be right about too fast.. I've tried it outdoors once before and found I made too many excuses (e.g. its raining, its cold, its dark etc. etc.) so this time I'm trying on the treadmill. I've found myself more likely to actually do it, which is great (no excuses so far!) but when Im walking I'm going 3.5mph…
