I'm only in the office a few times a month.. today being one of those times. After driving 1 hour in a thunderstorm, I ate 2 huge cookies a co-worker brought in... like 500 calories. I feel worse then before I ate them. Kicking myself now.

I'm in my 7th week of Insanity and the scale has not shown any weight loss....however I am down 1 pant size (almost 2). I know I have a lot to improve on my diet but I'm not stressing about the scale anymore.

I'm in the middle of my recovery week...did the Max Interval Sport Traning work out to mix things up yesterday and wow are my shoulders sore! I think I'm going to start some heavy lifting for a few months then do another round of Insanity

Today was my first recovery work out and it was not as easy as I thought it would be.... still working out hard just not as fast as the other work outs. I guess for me, I'd pick up with the recovery week after the vacation.

I'm in my 4th week of Insanity and love it! The scale hasn't changed but I'm down a pant size and I'm seeing muscle definition. I did 30 day shred and while I liked it, it got boring quick. Plus I didnt' really think the work outs were long enough. I was just getting into it and then it was over.

After being stuck on the same weight for close to a month. I decided to try upping my calories about a week ago. I weighed myself today and am down 1 lb. I just put my scale away yesterday... I was becoming a bit obsessed and weighing myself several times a day. I am only going to weigh myself 2 times a week and log it once a week.
