  • I always just make sure I hit my calorie goal. The only macro I care about it protein. I try to be close to double what MFP says.
  • Also measure yourself weekly. Waist, thighs, chest etc... Write that down. My weight was not moving much the first two months but I was losing an inch to a half inch a week.

  • I notice you don't log your water. Maybe you think you are drinking enough and you are not. I use to think I was drinking plenty until I started logging it and realized I was not. Start logging that and try to get 8 or more glasses a day. This might help.
