Same here but I figure it is a healthy addiction:)

I also do P90X. Every work out is set up to burn 400-600 calories or more. Go to http://p90xcalories.com/ and there is a calorie burn calculator for calories burned for their workouts. I used this before I got my HRM. It's pretty close to what my HRM gives me if I am honest about how hard I was working out. It will ask you…

Sounds wonderful! Going to try. Love Greek Yogurt recipes. Thanks!

I have the fitbit and love it. It communicates with MFP and adds calories if I end up burning more than my sedentary settings. I also use a HRM for working out and still wear my fitbit so my steps get counted. I have found that my HRM and my Fitbit are almost giving me the same calorie burn. Example last night did Turbo…

^^^^ This! Bobby, well said my friend. Well said! This is so true. No one can motivate you but yourself. I am my biggest cheerleader now. When I finally tapped into why and why not the rest fell into place.

I never can see the pictures people post. Does anyone else have that problem? Is it in my settings or something. Anyways, to the OP even though I can't see you I wanted to say congratulations and I am sure you look great!

LOL!!!!!!

I took a look at your diary. You have calories left over daily. Some days as much as 600. If you are hungry why not listen to your body and eat something.

Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blood tests. Until you do that just a regular multi vitamin will do. It is supposed to have what you need daily. The real way to know what Vitamins you are deficient on is through your doctor.

Greek Yogurt!!! Eat it for breakfast with fruit. Put ranch seasoning in it for a veggie dip and the best ever use it for Sour Cream on baked potatoes or taco salad. Best discovery ever!

Agree!

Thank you for this one! Love!

I took mine while doing crunches one night. My Dane Maddy does not understand when I do these so she stands over me looking down like "What are you doing down there?". I thought it was cute and funny.

I have dropped 3 pounds in a week and I have had two months where the scale did not move. Try to concentrate on my measurements the most. As long as I am seeing inches lost I don't get freaked out if the scale does not move.

LOL!!! Favorite song to sing when I was 7.

Anything Polar. I love my FT40.

LOL!! Magical? I thought Beans were Musical.

It's not about forcing yourself to eat. It's about are you hungry? Listen to your body. For me I am set at 1200. When I work out I burn 500. That means I would only net 700. I would be starving and feel sick. So I add my 500 in and I get to eat 1700. Which by working out hard I usually want to eat. But if it is 9:00 at…

I use to hate it. I find mixing it up helped me. Whenever I tried to do just one workout program I found myself getting bored. So now I own different programs like Turbo Fire, P90X etc... I switch it up all the time. Your body does not care that you are on a program it just cares that you are working out. For example I…

Congrats!!!

Someone told me to take your body weight and divide by 2 and that is how much protein you should be getting a day. Not sure if this is true but it is matching up with my number for me. Usually get in between 65 and 75 a day.

Amen!!

I wish all I had to do is 30 day shred to lose weight. It's only 20 minutes. I have a Thyroid problem and so I need to work out 6 days a week for 45-60 minutes a day. The only workouts that I have found that push me hard and are that long is P90X and Turbo Fire. I am sure there are more out there but these have been…

I tried 30 day shred. Boring and it is only around 20 minutes. Not a good enough workout for me. I have a lot of work out DVD's because all my workouts are at home. P90X is my favorite and Turbo Fire would be second Fav. You can't get bored with either one because it is a different workout everyday. And they really push…

Same here. I think the first month was the worst. Felt like I was starving. Upping water and protein did help but! He is right. You just have to punch through. It is amazing how your body adjusts and you do stop feeling this way.

I can't get the back off my transmitter. It has a slot that looks like a coin should turn to a dash that says open. It won't budge. I am going to take mine in to a batter place to see if they can do for me.
