  • I am aiming for 175lbs...long way to go.... I've lost weight before and got all the way down to 148lbs. I look at pictures of myself and I was skinny as I will ever be. I know that for my height (5'5") that is on the heavier side, but with my body type, I don't think I could ever be a healthy 125lbs. At 175lbs, I will…
  • I am a single mom to a 4yo and a 2yo....both boys. I have been separated from their dad for 2 years and divorced for 5months. It was a devastating experience and I gained weight while everything was going on since my 2 yo was a few months old. I had to move back in with my parents and I was keeping really odd hours and…
  • thanks for the suggestions, I don't really have the opportunity to move since we share 50/50 custody and my oldest is in the local preschool. My ex and I live about 5 minutes from each other (though he doesn't exactly know where I live) and it makes exchanges easier. I did go on meetup and join a couple of groups, but…
  • nope I don't have a life....when I'm with my kids, I'm with my kids, when I'm not with my kids, I'm working...since being divorced, my married friends find me awkward to hang out with since I don't have a spouse anymore and I share custody with my ex....it's frustrating.

  • I have done weight watchers in the past, now I am doing MFP. I am trying to stay within calorie goals and also made workout goals as well. I love the jillian michaels dvds...been doing them for the past few weeks consistently and then before I gained the weight. I have only been on here about a week, but I really like it…
  • I am a single mom as well, just getting started here on MFP....would love to encourage and support!

  • I am closer to 300lbs than 200 lbs and I have a very hard time doing Running Man...I can do it for like 10 sec and then I'm ready to drop on the floor. I am mixing in ripped in 30 with the Body Revolution. Been doing it for 2 weeks, and I've definitely noticed a difference in my strength and endurance.
  • you look awesome and I feel inspired reading your post!!
