you could always spice up what you're already working with too... cottage cheese with crushed pineapple, apple with peanut butter to dip, trail mix instead of just nuts. keeps what you love and adds a little extra :)

$540 for a family of 2 adults and 3 toddlers. We are on a very strict budget, but I make it work and hit all of my nutritional goals constantly. It can be done, you just have to be smart about it. if money is not an issue, then enjoy scallops and crab everynight and let me sip my haterade hehe
