Thanks for all the great ideas and insights. I put some davince sugar free coffee syrup in it and it isn't too bad; I don't think I could ever drink it just black. I will be trying several different coffee blends over the next few weeks (I have a Keurig) and see which ones I prefer. If the no-creamer doesn't work out I…

I consider myself to fit the H.O.T. (healthy or trying). I am working each day to become healthier :) Over halfway to my goal at this time.

Congrats to you. I have to have mine rechecked this month. Last month it was 145, although my LDL/HDL ratio is good, I was told I need to try and get my LDL lower. I too declined going on medication and hope that my results this month will show improvement.
