I just finished day 8, and my endurance level has increased. My toughest part is the jump rope movement, I just can not do it - it kills my knee. Instead I jump in place from on foot to the other.

I was at a friend's cookout a few years ago and his brother said "boy you have gotten fat", "you used to be the hot one of the group". He continued to say things like this to me all evening (in front of other guests, nonetheless). I was totally embarrassed and humiliated,

It has been a little over a month since I stopped using creamer and I have to say it is going great. I do still use sugar-free coffee syrup though. Thanks to all the advice and encouragement I received.

Starting Weight : 139.4 Last weeks Weight: 136.2 Current Weight: 136.4 Change: 0.2lb gain Still feeling pretty good about progress, I am going to try and get in more exercise each week though. These mini challenges really help to keep me motivated. Just finished my crunches ; )

I usually eat back about 1/4-1/2 of my exercise calories, and I try to eat something every 3-4 hours.
