I work out at 6am before work.. Use to hate getting up for the gym any time of the day ... But after forcing myself to go I love it and if I don't go... My day is so much longer I dread it So just tell yourself .. Get it over with! And you'll feel 10x better and you won't regret going haha Plus you'll make better choices…

Yep, I cheat every Saturday.. Eat w.e I want that day I log it and I'm right back to eatting right the next day.. Helped me lose 19 lbs these far and it's only been a month .. There's nothing wrong with 'cheating' if you don't you'll crack haha Plus why not reward yourself 1days after all the workouts and days at work…

I lost 19lbs... In a month and a few days to be exact.. I started taking. 6am spinning classes every other day during the week... And eliptical and weight training on the days I didn't take spinng classes .. During the weekend Saturday's I'd have a cheat day and some Sunday's I did some insanity :) So far so good..!!…

I definitely log in my 'cheat days' once a week Saturdays mostly. I like to be honest with myself and MFP tracker. And i also like to see the effects it has in my '5week' results.. It's not bad to have a cheat day.. I'm not sure why people r complaining about calling a 'cheat day' it's just a phrase. haha But YES I do…
