Thanks for the info. I only need to lose 10 pounds to be at normal BMI but want to lose at least 20. I usually walk for about 45 minutes 4 or 5 days a week but was not going to add that in and chose lightly active on the TDEE calculator because I sit most all day at work.

Yes I put in that I get moderate exercise 3 times a week. I did put in to lose one pound per week previously. I started logging consistently again the day before I started to fast which was April 9th. I have logged everyday since then. I opened my diary. Thanks for your time by the way. I am just frustrated.

I have been on this site for awhile but have really only used the diary portion to try and watch my calories. I would love to add you all for motivation and ideas but I'm ashamed to say I don't know how... do I just click on each individual and choose add friend???

I would love to be added as well. I am 5'5" and weigh 146- would like to get down to 130lbs. Need motivation and meal ideas- staying around 1200 calories a day is difficult.
