Quick question what do you log your insanity workouts under and how many calories do these workouts burn, I am on day 2 plyo cardio... I would like to know the same about p90x workouts also thanks :-)

I love Billy Blanks tae Bo, and his boot camp workouts :-)

I do light weights on some of my works, but I think I will try to add more because I want to tone up as well as lose weight, losing inches is more important to me than the weight scale, thanks for the advice :-)
