i'm not sure on the difference, but am pretty sure you can compare them all on the polar website. i have had my polar4 for about 4 months now and love it. it records cal burned, time i was in my target zone, duration of workout, actual time of day, and saves the last 10 workouts. i researched it pretty thoroughly and based…

drink way more water than you think you need to. stop eating out. trust me, you have time to exercise if you really want to. get your mind right. make friends here. challenge your body and mind.

i'm no expert, but think this is definitely possible. i have experienced the same thing after heavy workouts too. as odd as it sounds, you need to drink more water to flush it out of your system. good luck!

according to my hrm, (polar4) my 90 minute hot yoga class burns 1060 calories. my instructor often tells people that the calories burned is equivalent to a 90 minute spin class.

in honor of the superbowl... "The happiest day of my life was three Sundays ago. I was sitting on my daddy's knee when the Saints, who were 4½ point favorites, but only up by 3, kicked a meaningless field goal at the last second to cover the spread."

this is totally me. i don't understand why someone goes thru the hassle of making a salad, or eating one, to then goop it up with salad dressing that has a ton of calories in it. at a restaurant, the servers can't believe i want no dressing with it. sometimes if i don't feel like the hassle, i'll just ask for dressing on…

edge inward. in fact, since i am usually the one cutting the steak, i will cut and eat both edges, then cut the remainder of the steak in to strips or whatever.

for breakfast i have a two egg white omelet on a mini bagel. i always make sure i place the egg on the bottom part of the bagel. no idea why i can't place it on the top part, then turn the bagel over, but that just seems like too much work. my favorite piece of the steak is the very first piece cut at the end. if i don't…
