My heart is pounding and my arms/legs are quivering after one set. I wait until my heartrate has slowed and I can no longer feel the shaking in my arms or legs (depending on the lift) before doing the next set. Usually about 45sec-1 min.

My deficit is too small to ignore snacks like that. I have to account for every single bite or I obliterate my deficit. If you have 1000 excess calories, a little bar now and then isn't a big deal. But if you have a 200 or 250 deficit (I only have 15 pounds to go), that bar can hurt, big time.

The activity multiplier of 1.2 assumes sedentary. Those activities are non-exercise things such as sitting at a table, watching tv, taking a shower, cooking dinner. Couple things have helped me with saddlebags and slimming thighs. Running was the biggest thing, but right behind that is squats and kickboxing. My legs look pretty good now! Still a little fat there that needs to go, and I'm lifting heavy, which is impacting it a lot!
