I am on this diet also. I am not tracking my food nor am I excersising. I am on it for 6 weeks as well as a gluten/sugar/dairy cleanse. It is hard to track and because I am eating fewer calories than i'm supposed to I am not tracking them. add me if you want more help.

trust me it HELPS! Otherwise you are putting yourself in starvation mode. it isn't healthy. you need to re enter your weight into MFP and see what it says you should be eating now that you have lost so much weight. :) hope this helped. add me if you want

I am 5''4 and a half (give our take almost 5''5) i started at 220 and am at 203. I got down to 185 before and felt/looked great! I am aiming for 175 this time.

I tried it from Dec 2011 to Feb 2012 (45 days) and lost 12 lbs on 2 shakes a day. I entered in my weight and height and that i wanted to lose 2 lbs a week and it told me i was aloud 1600 calories BUT i was working out and sweating 500+ a day 6 days a week so my net calories was falling below 1200 and that is BAD. you put your body into starvation mode and it stores fat.
